As you drink this healing tea, visualize and feel your liver cleansing and toning.

This gentle formula is a classic herbal combination often used at the end of winter and during the spring for cleansing. It can be used any time liver cleansing is desired.

Directions:Use by itself on an empty stomach or for additional effects drink one half hour after taking a Lemon Liver Flush. Use 1 tablespoon of root mixture to 1 1/2 cups of cool water. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon each of Calendula and Peppermint and steep for 10 minutes longer.

Ingredients:All organic-Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seed, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Calendula Flowers and Peppermint Leaf.
