~ Burdock Root (Arctium lappa): is very useful for chronic skin conditions and eruptions. High in vitamins and minerals, it is one of the premier liver tonics. It also promotes blood and lymph circulation, supports the excretion of toxic byproducts from the cells and aids the digestive process.

~ Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica): is used for skin conditions including wounds, burns, scars, ulcers, cellulite and age spots. It supports healthy connective tissue and skin structure, and reduces skin hardening. Gotu Kola also promotes healthy hair and nail growth.

~ Oregon Grape Root (Mahonia repens): is helpful for many skin disorders, possessing astringent properties that help tonify skin tissue. It improves liver function, purifies the blood, aids digestion and respiration and supports the urinary tract, all of which help to keep the system free of toxins.

~ Cleavers (Galium aparine): is used to encourage healthy skin and relieve acne symptoms. It is an effective cooling and filtering herb, especially useful for activating the lymph system and kidneys. Cleavers relieves lymphatic stagnation, detoxifies the kidneys, and opens passages to the internal organs thus cleansing and clearing the body of toxins.

~ Jamaican Sarsaparilla (Smilax officinalis): has traditionally been used to treat a variety of skin problems, including eruptive skin disorders, especially those caused by blood impurities and hormonal imbalances. It is an excellent blood purifier, cleansing and toning for the whole system.

~ Red Clover (Trifolium pretense): is high in vitamins and minerals including beta carotene, and is an excellent blood purifier. It is useful for skin disorders including sores and acne, psoriasis and eczema. Red Clover stimulates and clears the lymphatic system which helps clear the skin.

~ Fenugreek Seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum): are helpful for promoting hair growth.

~ Horsetail (Equisetum arvense): is helpful for dry skin and rashes, as well as hair with split ends and weak and brittle nails. It contains a large amount of silica which helps to regulate mineral metabolism and hold calcium in the body. This supports the regeneration of connective tissue and is healing to the skin, nails and hair. Horsetail is an effective diuretic for aiding detoxification.

~ Pau d'Arco (La Pacho) (Tabebuia spp.): relieves a variety of skin conditions as well as age spots. It has been used by the Inca, since ancient times, as a blood purifier and builder. Pau d'Arco is helpful for liver and lymphatic congestion.

~ Yellow Dock (Rumex crispus): is useful for many chronic and acute skin conditions. It is both cooling and detoxifying, a blood purifier aiding liver and intestinal functioning, and high in vitamins and minerals.

~ Buttercup Flower Essence: assists in realizing and sustaining one's inner beauty and light.

~ Crab Apple Flower Essence: cleanses inner impurities both physical and emotional.

~ Pretty Face Flower Essence: enhances one's sense of the beauty which radiates from within, promoting acceptance in relation to personal appearance.
