~ Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus): is a superior herb for pregnancy and childbirth used by native americans from puberty on to tone the uterus. One of the richest sources of iron, this combined with nettles helps enrich mother's iron levels. It also contains high units of niacin and manganese for connective tissue healthiness. Red Raspberry tones and strengthens the whole genitourinary tract system.
~ Yellowdock (Rumex crispus): is one of the best herbs for the digestive system, including the liver, and for anemia, accessing iron in the diet. It also works as a gentle laxative.
~ Oatstraw (Avena sativa): is known to be a wonderful, gentle, soothing nervine that relieves irritation and inflammation as well as depression and anxiety. Rich in silica, calcium, magnesium and chromium it is enriching and calming for mother's to be.

~ Dandelion Leaf and Root (Taraxacum officinalis): is a food herb high in vitamins A and C, and minerals, especially iron, calcium and potassium. It tones and decongests the liver and gallbladder, stimulates digestion, reduces indigestion, constipation, gas and bloating and supports the kidneys by being an effective and safe diuretic which preserves potassium and inhibits the reabsorption of sodium. Dandelion contains phytoestrogens which help to normalize estrogen levels, decreasing estrogenic activity when negative estrogen is in excess. It balances and regulates hormonal production and relieves breast tenderness.
~ Ladies Mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris): is specific for strengthening the uterus, kidneys, and veins. It also helps to settle the stomach.
