Seaweed Salt Recipes

Fresh Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
• 3 cups chopped and seeded fresh ripe organic tomatoes.... strain off tomato juice 
• Cup chopped fresh organic basil leaves.... measure after chopping
• 4 or more finely chopped garlic cloves 
• 2-3 t. Zesty Sea Shakes (to taste)
• 2-3 T organic olive oil 3/4
Mix together and let sit to meld the flavors. Serve room temperature over hot organic pasta. Grated parmesan optional.

Fried Zucchini Rounds
• 1 c organic bread crumbs 
• 1 t Sea Shakes 
• 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese opt. 
• 1 organic egg, beat 
• 2 small or 1 medium zucchini, sliced into 1/2 " pieces 
• 2 T organic coconut oil or ghee
Melt oil in iron frying pan. Put sliced zucchini into egg and then bread crumb mixture. Fry until golden brown. Add extra oil as needed. Serve warm sprinkled with extra Sea Shakes and cheese if desired.

Garlic Green Bean Salad 
• 1 c. cooked Organic Green Beans 
• 1 T of the following: bean water, organic olive oil and vinegar 
• 1/2 t Sea Shakes 
• 1-2 cloves chopped organic garlic
Toss & refrigerate to marinate.

Delicious Dill Scones
Mix flour combo, Herb Sea Shakes and baking powder. Cut in butter. Add egg and oil to dill water (after steeping) combine and add to above. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
Option: Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic or 1/4 cup grated cheese. Drop on greased sheet.
2 1/4 cups organic flours (ie. white spelt, oatmeal & rice or corn) 
1 tbl. baking powder 
1 tsp Herb Sea Shakes 
1/4 cup butter-cut in 
2 tbl each dill weed and dill seed add to:
1/2 c boiling water steep covered 15 minutes 
1 organic egg 
1/4 cup organic olive oil

Easy Fish or Corn Chowder 
Place olive oil and onions in a pan and saute until soft.
Add potatoes and butter to pan with just enough water to cover. Simmer until almost soft. Add fish or corn and Sea Shakes. Cover and simmer until done. Fiske fish and mix in. Add milk, heat and serve. 
• 1 to 2 tablespoons organic olive oil 
• 1 to 2 large organic onions, chopped 
• 3 to 5 organic potatoes, diced 
• 1 to 2 tablespoons organic butter of ghee
• 3/4 pound white fish, i.e., haddock, cod or a package of frozen organic corn and a can of organic creamed corn 
• 1 to 2 teaspoons of Sea Shakes of your choice
• 2 to 4 cups organic milk

Our Favorite Sea Shakes Dip-6 Ways
• 8 oz. Organic Sour Cream 
• 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Zesty Sea Shakes 
• 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Herb Sea Shakes 
• 1 clove garlic finely chopped 
Mix and serve with your favorite veggies or try it in your salad!
A still delicious and healthier version:
Drain a 16 oz. Organic Plain Yogurt through a fine strainer for several hours or overnight in refrigerator. This makes about 8 delicious oz. of "yogurt cheese". Proceed as above.

Baked Potato with Sea Shakes Dip

Use Our Favorite Sea Shakes Dip recipe with rosemary to taste or our Sea Shakes Cheese Sauce recipe. 
Spread on baked potato and serve.

Baked Chicken
Coat chicken with olive oil first then sprinkle any combination of Sea Shakes. Add additional rosemary and garlic if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes per pound of chicken.

• Zesty and/or Herb Sea Shakes

Quick Salad Dressing
Use equal amounts of Sea Shakes Dip & organic salsa. Add avocado if desired. mix and add to tossed greens.Yum!

Quick Sea Shakes Cheese Sauce for
Broccoli, Asparagus, etc.
Use equal amounts of Sea Shakes Dip and grated organic cheese of your choice, eg parmesan, cheddar... pour over almost cooked vegetables, heat 1-2 minutes and serve.

Yummy Healthy Popcorn 
1/2 cup organic popcorn 
1 tbl. each organic butter or ghee, coconut oil and olive oil, combine. 
Melt and pour over popped corn and stir well. Sprinkle liberally with riginal Sea Shakes and enjoy.
