Divine Paleo Beet Sugar Free and Flour Free Chocolate Cake recipe is here!!

Shopping List: Beets, For the Love of Hot Chocolate Cocoa Mix, Erythritol (we have it in stock if you can't find it.), Almond Flour, Hazel Nut Flour, Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil and eggs

1/2 c melted butter or coconut oil  (I use 1/2 and 1/2)
1 c cooked and mashed beets ( I use a food processor)
3 eggs
1/2 c water (or part beet juice)
1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Whisk together and add to:

1/2 c almond flour
1/2 c coconut flour or hazelnut flour
2/3 c erythritol
2/3 c "For the Love of Hot Chocolate" powder
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

Line 2 small bread pans or one square pan with waxed paper, grease as well. Spread evenly. Batter will be thick. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 min on until tester (tooth pick) comes out clean. Let cool before removing.

Enjoy, knowing this is totally healthy!!

Frosting optional: grind erythritol in a coffee grinder combine with butter or coconut oil and use as confectioners sugar!
